Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Purchased items that are immediately available will be shipped within 4-7 business days of the order. Purchased items that are made to order require an additional 7-10 business days for processing and production. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 40 business days, please notify shop@troisr.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and valid address for delivery. If there was an error in providing correct information upon completion of a purchase, please notify us immediately.  

 

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All prices include charges for shipping and handling or taxes, if delivered to customers within the United States as managed by shopify. For customers outside the United States, additional charges may apply.
