Refund policy

Due to the made to order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds. In the case of significantly factory defective items, exchange requests may be granted upon notification to troisr (shop@troisr.com) within 48 hours of receiving merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and the printed receipts.
